according to the 2nd fermentation traditional mode in own bottle and
in pressurized stainless steel tanks.
Vine cut Chardonnay and Grey Pinot with a careful handling by our
oenologs.
They
seduce through their balanced smell of citrus fruit and persistent
fine bubbles, which define an irresistible character. Ideal to be
served from 5 to 8ºC.
