OUR WINE CELLAR

In our commercial establishment, after grinding, the product comes directly to classical and stainless steel pools. We have casks made of French and American oak, where our high-quality wine broth is strictly cared for, thus obtaining unique, well-defined, balanced wines. 

 
 

 

 

Due to the importance we assign to the evolution of oenological techniques, we are at present making plans –together with an Australian consultant- to enlarge our facilities. Through the above-mentioned initiative we aim at doubling our storage capacity (currently 100,000 boxes/950,000 litres).

Only grapes coming from our own vineyards in Rincón de Olmos (south east of Canelones) are processed in our wine cellar. These are Cabernet Sauvignon, Tannat, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay. Craftsman-like handling and vinification through the last oenological techniques enable us to produce excellent wines, currently recognized in the 5 continents.
